52-Week Photo Challenge: Week 9 | Artistic: Shadows
“WEEK 9: Artistic: Shadows: The opposite of light is dark, the absence of light is shadow. All things considered, interpret this into a masterpiece.”
In this week’s 52-Week Photo Challenge: Week 9 I wanted to give a big shout out to one of the photos I took in my Photo Diary of my trip to Berlin. Keep in mind that many of the photos of this challenge, I took in Berlin, because I wanted to take advantage of the change of scenery for me. I knew I was going to be more inspired there. So I read what the challenges were in the upcoming weeks and took photos accordingly if the place inspired me to do so.
As the seasons go by, new weather calls for seasonal closet cleanse, new knits, and brand new home decor! I’m not gonna lie, I may not buy this entire list at once, but sure as hell will get my hands on these babes eventually cause my house really needs them, and my heart needs them more.
My home is very minimalistic; basically all white, with touches of beige, black and grey. I love to decorate with flowers on the tables and fashion illustrations on the wall. I have a tiny workspace where I have a bunch of stuff hanging on the wall that needs to be reorganized ASAP. And it smells like the perfume my mother has worn her entire life.
52-Week Photo Challenge: Week 8 | Landscape: Wide Angle / Panorama
“WEEK 8: Landscape: Wide Angle / Panorama: This is a great opportunity to explore panorama stitching and create a wide sweeping landscape.”
This week’s 52-Week Photo Challenge: Week 8 may have created a little bit of concern to those of you who don’t know how to stitch photos together to create a panorama. Or maybe you don’t even know how to take the actual photos.
To take the actual photos you just have to stay in one place, don’t move. Only pivot from your waist up, and start shooting. Keeping in mind to frame your next photo where the previous one ended. And you pivot from left to right (or vice-versa) and cover the whole scene with whatever photos you might need.
Sweater weather is finally here. Almost. Mostly. And as much as I love summer nights, I can’t stand the heat. And fall and winter have always been my favorite seasons to style anyway. And the most fun too!
All that layering, the chunky knits, the blazers and coats, Chelsea boots… In other words; happiness.
So I’ve been browsing in one of my favorite shops for Jeans and Knits which is & Other Stories. And I wanted to share my sweater finds with you. Of course, I can’t afford to buy all of the options I give here… But I may or may not have purchased three or four of them.
