Organic Basics

“The Low Impact Project is an ongoing photographic journal asking people what they’re doing – or what they are trying to do to reduce their environmental impact.”

That’s what their website says about this amazing project I was asked to join by Organic Basics. It is not the first time I do a collab with them. If you remember correctly not so long ago I did a blog post talking about sustainable fashion with them.

This time, I’m super excited to be a part of this project since it’s very important to me – and should be to everyone – and that is; caring for our environment and try to reduce our overall impact.

WHAT I DO TO REDUCE MY ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

  • I carry around a fabric bag for my groceries or whatever I may need to carry. Instead of buying and using plastic bags.
  • Use a crystal water bottle, instead of plastic.
  • I buy clothes from sustainable, slow fashion brands (mostly).
  • Try to have a responsible and intentional consumption of everything.
  • I walk to most places, instead of using public transport or car.
  • Have a bamboo toothbrush instead of plastic.
  • I try to take quick showers.
